Christina Metri
My mission is to help you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. Growing up in Lebanon, where mental health was rarely discussed, sparked a deep passion for understanding human emotions and resilience. Moving to the U.S. at 17 brought the challenges of navigating between cultures, which shaped a commitment to supporting those who feel unseen or disconnected. Together, we’ll delve into your story, confront challenges, and foster resilience. This is a journey toward finding balance, joy, and the strength you deserve.

Samantha Deppe
My mission is to help you feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood. I believe therapy is healthcare, just as important as seeing a doctor for physical concerns, because the mind and body are deeply interconnected. Emotional pain deserves attention before it becomes overwhelming. I often tell clients that drowning in a twelve foot pool is the same as drowning in a ten foot pool. Pain is pain, and you do not have to wait until you are completely underwater to seek support. My work is grounded in trauma informed care and the belief that our struggles make sense in the context of what we have lived through. Therapy is never one size fits all. Together, we will explore your experiences, understand patterns that may no longer serve you, and move at a pace that feels safe and intentional. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, mood disorders, complex PTSD, substance use disorders, and life transitions, and I strive to create a collaborative space where healing feels empowering and rooted in respect for your autonomy. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
