Japanese Reiki Level 2
This is the second level class for deepening your experience with Reiki. Okuden means inner or hidden teachings. In this second level of Reiki learning we go inward, focusing on the inner self to unlock awareness of our connection to Reiki. Upon completion of this one day class you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself, family and friends and send it over space and time in what we call Distance Reiki. This class is taught from an authentic Reiki perspective dating back to the 1920’s and 30’s, the years of Reiki’s origins. It includes a Buddhist perspective. It is also free from Western influence and New Age thought.
In this Japanese Level 2 Course you will learn:
How to send Reiki to people and places from a distance
Three of the symbols associated with empowering Reiki
Japanese healing techniques: emotional healing & distant healing
You will experience reiju (attunement) so that you can begin practicing Reiki on yourself during class with understanding and clarity
You will be given course texts so you can continue to practice after the class is over

Maria is the Founder and Owner of Still Motion Therapeutic Services LLC. Maria has 6+ years experience as a clinical counselor licensed in the state of Massachusetts specializing in Eating Disorders, Trauma and Addiction. Maria is a Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher and holds certification in Motivational Interviewing and Neurolinguistic Programming specific to Anxiety, Depression and Addiction. Maria has been studying Astrology for 3+ years and specializes in Jungian Archetypical Astrology. Through the lens of one’s natal blue print, Maria utilizes Jungian Archetypes and psychodynamic techniques to promote growth and insight into subconscious thought processes (the shadow self); to support folks in overcoming limiting beliefs and patterns ultimately bringing his/her/theirs shadow out of the dark and into the light. She is one of seven co-authors of a scientific poster presentation Parental Self-reflection in Adolescence Predicts Adolescent Offspring Self-Reflection. License #11067.
