Christina Metri

My mission is to help you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. Growing up in Lebanon, where mental health was rarely discussed, sparked a deep passion for understanding human emotions and resilience. Moving to the U.S. at 17 brought the challenges of navigating between cultures, which shaped a commitment to supporting those who feel unseen or disconnected. Together, we’ll delve into your story, confront challenges, and foster resilience. This is a journey toward finding balance, joy, and the strength you deserve.

Frank Albano

I am a therapist passionate about empowering individuals to cultivate lives filled with meaning, resilience, and joy. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing inspiration from several evidence-based and humanistic frameworks. I am deeply influenced by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which provides practical skills for managing intense emotions and navigating challenging relationships. I also incorporate the wisdom of Carl Jung, exploring the depths of the unconscious to foster self-discovery and individuation. Central to my work is the practice of self-compassion, which I believe is essential for healing and growth.

I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your inner world, develop coping strategies, and ultimately, live a more fulfilling life. I am committed to helping you embrace your authentic self and live a life aligned with your values.
